For the second consecutive year, Havas Lynx has officially been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2024 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. The company ranked 63rd in the Top 100 large companies list.

It follows 12-months of focus for the agency, working to improve employee experience and development. To help employees achieve their full potential, it has enhanced its leading learning and development programme, The Academy, expanding the variety of sessions available throughout the year.

To further improve the employee experience and job focus, it has also redeveloped job descriptions and changed the way it conducts performance reviews ensuring feedback is continuous and structured, allowing employees to take away actionable objectives.

At the end of 2023, the agency introduced its first Trans and Non-binary Policy in a commitment to creating a working environment everyone feels safe to come to every day.
