Burnout amongst HCPs is a growing concern. The impact is
visible through the exodus of HCPs from the profession, and
invisible through darker emotions. Untreated, it could devastate
our healthcare system.

Solution

Healing the Healers is an integrated campaign that combines
first-hand data with emotional storytelling to help the ones
who help us. Across multiple touchpoints we reveal healthcare
professional’s hidden struggles with stigma, stress, and mental
disorders as we call on all industry stakeholders to reconsider
their understanding, act now, and support them.

Impact

The white paper has 400+ stakeholder downloads. Social
media reach was over 2.2m. We spoke to thousands of HCPs
across 8 international industry events. 10 pharmaceutical
brands approached us to collaborate on projects. 1 partnership
with Doctors in Distress lead to an out of home (OOH) event that generated
a further 2.3m impressions, saw a 300% uplift in search
for Doctors in Distress seen via Google Trends and gained
coverage across radio and press, including a 1-hour drivetime
discussion on BBC 5 Live.
