Archway
Academy for the future
Archway Programme at Havas Lynx
Welcome to all things Archway Programme! But first, a little context to who we are and what we do.
We are Havas Lynx. Making an impact that matters to our brands, our people, and our world.
We’re a leading healthcare communications agency, based in Manchester, London, and New York, with a full-service global offering and almost 400 multidisciplinary specialists. For 40 years, we’ve brought together fresh perspectives, creative thinking and a progressive approach to partner with our clients, healthcare professionals and patients in finding solutions for the modern-day healthcare landscape.
Ultimately, everything we do is about making a genuine and lasting impact.
Now, Archway
There is a lot to learn in your first year with us; your role, how we work, what our clients want and the dos and don’ts of the industry. That’s why we have a six-month training programme that helps set you up to thrive by giving you everything you need up front.
Through monthly sessions, workshops and socials, you’ll have space to deep dive into your discipline (Client Services, Strategy, Creative and Medical Writing), learn more about our industry and make friends whilst you’re doing it.
Recruitment overview
Applying for jobs, having screening calls and interviews can be scary – we totally get it. That’s why at Lynx we want to put you at ease, by making the process simple and having a relaxed approach. There are no trick questions, but we do expect you to have done some reading on the company before chatting with us. Otherwise, we just want to get to know you and make sure we match up on what we’re both looking for.
Each year we figure out what roles our teams need and then we start recruiting! This is what you can expect:
