 Our role

The role of Creative Director will see you take responsibility for creating insightful and effective conceptual ideas, whilst overseeing and producing impactful, original, intelligent work. You will excel across a broad range of media, whilst pro-actively furthering you and your team’s skills across all areas. You will be a mentor to all Creatives in your team, helping them to fulfil their potential.

 Role responsibilities

  • You will lead the origination and delivery of conceptual ideas whilst guiding and shaping these with the wider team.
  • You will oversee and produce creative work across a broad range of media, which is appropriate and exceeds the clients’ brief.
  • You will manage the day to day running of your creative team. Providing creative nurturing and day to day management.

  • You will be the lead in pitch activity – leading the Creative Team’s activity and compliment the Accounts and Strategic Teams to ensure the creative put forward is appropriate, on brief and innovative to the client need.

Apprentice Artworker (Junior Content Producer L3)

As part of our growth, we are happy to be seeking an Apprentice Artworker to join the team in Manchester who, as part of this, will secure a place on our Apprentice Programme. As you study for your Junior Content Producer (Level 3) apprentice qualification, full training and support will be provided on the job, as we really believe in investing in talent and ensuring people are consistently adding to their experience and skill set.

Our existing artwork team is made up of extremely strong artworkers from all levels of experience. This role will give you the opportunity to learn the craft and develop your creative skills as you work closely with more experienced Artworkers. Working with your line manager, you will be responsible for delivering artwork jobs across a variety of media on time, ensuring the highest quality and that all work follows our clients brand guidelines.

We’d like to hear from applicants who have English and Maths GCSE (Grade C or above) and an interest in learning how to use Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Applicants should be creatively minded and able to demonstrate good communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.

You will actively develop your skills in the core design programmes including, but not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

As a Senior Creative Copywriter, you will work closely with Designers, Art Directors and Creative Directors to collaborate, conceptualise and craft ideas from concept to completion. You will have a strong ability to take both a conceptual and strategic approach to wide variety of projects from global campaigns to congresses, from storyboards to social media, from tone of voice to video scripts. An organised and dedicated approach to work is a must, you’ll be required to take responsibility for the work you produce, ensuring it is of the highest quality, demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail whilst being completed to deadline.

Role responsibilities

  • You will take responsibility for the conception and delivery of your idea, escalating to the Creative Director or Senior Creatives where appropriate.
  • You will deliver impactful, original and intelligent concepting and copywriting.
  • You will demonstrate capability in presenting your work to internal and external team.
  • You will deliver conceptual ideas whilst having a point of view on ideas across the wider team.
  • You will check concepts and copy to ensure it meets strategic goals and objectives.
  • You will use your knowledge and experience to mentor Junior Creatives in the team.

  • You will take actively develop your team’s skills in core design applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • You will brief in freelancers and junior members of the team, and manage their workload

The role of Designer will see you play a key role in the Creative team to produce stunning work that communicates our client’s work with high visual impact. You will work on plethora of global projects across print and digital activity; it’s a truly integrated role. You will actively develop your skills in the core design programmes including, but not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

 Role responsibilities

  • You will regularly demonstrate an ability to understand and interpret your client’s brief, and develop suitable concepts
  • You will forge a good relationship with other departments in the agency, and truly be a team player
  • You will push boundaries in your work and vocalise your ideas where appropriate
  • You will work closely with the Senior Creative team to help define creative processes and ensure efficiency
  • You will communicate with other departments in the agency to ensure the correct people are involved in projects at the right time
  • You will develop your client facing skills and the ability to sell your ideas
  • You will use keep abreast of the Creative and Design industry, it’s news, and any events, and update your time to share this knowledge
