Our role:

 The role of Digital Project Manager will see you working in a multidisciplinary digital team and collaborate with all business units across the Havas Lynx Group. You will be managing the development of a range digital projects; this will include driving the campaign from concept to delivery, managing all digital jobs through agency systems and procedures, and liaising with other departments as appropriate.

 

 Role responsibilities

  • You will develop and maintain a close, productive relationship with the Digital team and wider business units
  • You will showcase your knowledge and experience of Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver complex digital projects
  • You will be highly organised with experience of using JIRA
  • You will be proactive and solutions focussed with an ability to manage projects on time and to budge
  • You will create and execute project plans and updates when needed, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of changes, including Creative, Strategy and Client Services teams
  • You will proactively evaluate the Digital team’s services, and devise and introduce improvements where appropriate
  • Project management of a wide variety of digital projects including websites, back end-CMS/software, interactive tools/apps, banners and emails. At least three years’ experience managing similar digital projects in an agency environment required.

Media Buying Executive role:
As the Media Buying Executive you will play a key role within the Media Buying team in developing, negotiating and purchasing promotional advertising space designed to reach the highest number of people in your target audience at the lowest possible cost. You will be expected to grow your knowledge and expertise in the healthcare media publishing landscape, evaluating each publisher’s performance and achieving the best results for your clients with each campaign.

Your day-to-day will see you:

  • Work with media planning team to research the most effective vendors and mediums to reach and engage target audiences
  • Share media recommendations, specifications and best practices to use booked media with the account and creative teams to utilise buys most effectively
  • Work alongside other members of the Media Buying team to communicate media requirements to publishers, establish rates and availability of media and negotiate prices and favourable packages
  • Maintaining contact with media publishers, ensuring statistics, circulation and viewing figures are up to date
  • Develop clear and concise presentations that demonstrates the rationale behind your media selection, how it addresses KPIs and delivers value to them
  • Build your profile around the agency and liaise with our multidisciplinary teams so that they understand how and when to involve you and the rest of the team with their client activity

 The successful candidate will:

  • Have recently graduated in a relevant degree
  • Has a keen interest in digital media 
  • Display very strong organisational and time management skills
  • Be professional, approachable and confident in communicating with others
  • Be able to demonstrate instances where they have worked in a team
  • Be a proactive person who possesses a keen eye for detail

Our role

The role of Senior Developer will see you mentor and manage a development team, you will be self-motivated, passionate about technology, eager to learn and strive to create better outcomes for our end users. These projects will range from bespoke applications to additional features of existing sites and apps. You will work in a close-knit team of developers, reporting into the Head of Development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on industry first technology for global projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Expert in front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React. Knowledge of React Hooks and Storybook would be an advantage.
  • Expert core knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience in REST API design and consumption.
  • Experience in developing for Headless CMS.
  • Knowledge of Node.js and AWS Cloud Computing Services would be an advantage.

About you:

  • You work in collaboration with the wider team and offer advice on development principles, priorities, architecture and technology approach to the development of these projects.
  • You are an advocate of modern engineering practices such as TDD, pair programming and continuous integration/deployment.
  • You are a problem solver and are able to guide junior team members in coming up with their own solutions.
  • You strive to reduce technical debt, while communicating with teammates about any larger refactor.
  • You help to support the work of your peers by pair programming, reviewing, and providing mentoring.
  • You adjust well to shifting priorities when necessary.
  • You work to understand the purpose of the features the team is working on, and help communicate that purpose to team members. You ask clarifying questions when expectations are unclear.
  • When tasks are large, you work on scoping work down into smaller, actionable parts.
  • You structure code in a manner that anticipates the type of scale and maintenance required for the scope of the work.
  • You consider legibility both in authoring and reviewing merge requests.
